Join us in the butchery for a sausage making experience.
 
We will demonstrate the art of making sausages, discuss what makes a good sausage and why we bang on about our bangers, there will even be the chance to get hands on and have a go at making some too.
 
At the end of the day you will get a goodie bag of sausages to take home with you with approximately 4kg of a variety of the flavours that we make during the session.
 
 
Morning Sessions run from 9:30am until 12:30pm
 
Afternoon Sessions run from 2pm to 5pm 
 
We do require a minimum of 4 bookings per session so we may have to merge sessions or change days if we do not meet our capacity.
